Directly out of High School, Shay Galloway attended a 9 month discipleship program that soon became her career. Shay has a heart for discipleship and helping others so after 18 years of working in ministry her career took a turn into health coaching. Shay soon realized through her own health journey that she was extremely passionate about developing and encouraging others to have healthy mind, body, and finances.
