I've been dealing with sleep issues for the better part of a year
Some nights I was only getting 1-2 hours of sleep.
Which, of course, has limited my productivity. My ability to think clearly, make good choices for my health and, well, be a functioning human being. Insomnia does not mess around - it affects every single area of your life.
So the idea of chasing my dreams and pursuing my goals? That's been made even more challenging by not sleeping.
But the good news is that:
I think I've figured it out and found a system that works for me
Now, I'm sleeping longer (horray for 8 hours!) and getting a better quality sleep than I have my entire life.
So today I wanted to share with you the top 4 things that have helped me get a better sleep, in the hopes that it will help someone else out there that is struggling with lack of sleep.
