In today's show, I got a real education.   I thought talking with Josh would focus on the benefits of living in community – and we got there, alongside his own uncommon childhood and what he took from it – but we really started with the history of home ownership in the US, which I knew absolutely nothing about.   Fascinating. Sordid. Creepy. And just a few key points are enough to explain so much about racism, segregation, wealth gaps, fear of the other.   Luckily for us, it's even better than that.
