Secretary of "health department" stepping down. Deputy Secretary takes over as "Secretary" yet, not joking, the "health director" and "Medicaid director" roles of the position will be fulfilled "for now" by the current "Senior Advisor for Vaccine Equity" 

(a.k.a. official state position tasked with greater vaccine consumption, and therefore more vaccine sales. Not "health" increase on its own, but vaccine usage increase, solely)
