Decisions about your clinic. Not the ones about patients treatment plans but the decisions that affect your clinic. Whether they are little niggly day to day ones that drive you crackers. Or the big ones that keep you up at night. Sometimes we need help or a process to help us make them. In this episode I go through the process I use to make decisions about my clinic using two examples that have happened in the last couple of weeks.
