This is the EDIT of the desk mix of the work in progress soundtrack music to the "ShinyDiscoBall" theme concept for the concert series. The part you're hearing is the point toward the end of set 1 of the live performance "medley" This was to be a big production hosted by MGM Las Vegas, Summer 2012.

At the time I finished mixing this, I woke up that morning to find out that our featured artist Donna Summer had passed away.

Works halted for now in respect for her and it gives us all time to reflect. I hope the public will support it becoming a tribute to Donna Summer, the featured artist of the "ShinyDiscoBall" concept. Lets hope all parties vote to continue the work to present something new and special as a legacy to Studio 54 and Donna.

"Shinydiscoball" set out to be the worlds largest ball and it celebrates the concept of reinventing Studio 54 and Disco to a new generation. The concept answers the question - "What would Studio 54 look like if it was invented in 2012? How would all those disco acts of yesteryear and new acts sound today if they kept true to the music genre?"
Its not a throwback to an old sound, its a completely new "disco house" branded sound that relates to todays club vibe, only the high production values are incorporated into it - giving it that special feel!

You should hear some of the other massive new, re-sung and remixed tracks. It is simply amazing!!!
