A conversation with three ex SBS colleagues...this conversation is with Jason Fox, Ollie Ollerton and Gaz Banford. 'Foxy' and 'Ollie' are now stars of the hit Channel 4 show - SAS Who Dares Wins. They have both published best selling books and together run 'Break Point' where they run a range of programmes training corporate and private clients in team/individual development. Break Point has also established an academy to help ex service members in their transition into civilian life. They have also just released a mind, body and fitness app called 'Battle Ready 360' This podcast was hosted by Gaz Banford who runs a company called Duratus UK. His work is similar to that of Mann on a Mission in helping people maximise their potential through Performance Coaching. The Duratus podcast has a growing following and again like Mann on a Mission has conversations with people from all fields achieving elite performance. The conversation featured many aspects of our mental approach to working and living in the Special Forces, including the darker side of pressure and PTSD.
