In this episode of "The Journey of My Mother's Son" podcast, Sandy and I talk about our trip through Missouri and Kansas as we slowly make our way to the Rocky Mountains. As slowly made our way across the country toward the Rocky Mountains, we made the most out of our trip. We made stops in St. Louis, Branson, Kansas City, Topeka, Ellis, Oakley, Goodland, and made sure to hit the highest point in Kansas with a short visit to Mount Sunflower. The road trip was filled with BBQ, baseball, showboats, sunflowers, and featured a Van Gogh on the World's Largest Easel.
