Meet Inspired Leader Award Winners,  Rebecca Gwozdziewycz!Rebecca started her career as a Human Resources professional 22 years ago in the US Air Force. There she discovered a love of helping people remove barriers to be at their best at work and home. While in the service, she earned her BS in Human Resource Management at Rutgers University.  After the military she worked in HR for the Boeing Company, The United States Job Corps, and for a civil rights law practice. In her current role as a Business Partner at Amazon, she helps leaders strategize how to best support the organizations goals, while balancing the individual associates workplace experience and needs.
