We talk going to college and the challenge of walking onto an an event yard as your first full time role. Learning on job, Lauren has showed true dedication to the role, even through the toughest of times. She talks open and honestly about how the tragedy of Georgie’s accident affected the whole team and what it’s meant to go on and groom at 5* level this year.
