Look only once an hour or once a day for potential important messages and then do nothing more. Read books, meet people Be present. Realize that the world works well without you know what is going on.Give yourself a few days of "phone fasts" a month. Teach your children awareness and discipline. Your stress levels will come down and you will feel in control of your life.
