Hey everyone this is Cristin and this is episode 7.
If you’re just tuning in, I recommend starting with episode 1. This podcast is directly inspired by my unpublished book The Goddess Way of Living. I’ve done this as a private program, but currently I’m putting it out there in this free form of podcasting. If you like what you hear, I have lots of content on Youtube, and will be posting more daily inspiration on TikTok and Instagram. The most exciting news is in the next few weeks I’ll be releasing my 1st self published book on Amazon and Audible -

Today’s intention is I am becoming my best self.
Only you know what your best self means.
Wanting to be more of something or Wanting to feel more positive or desired feelings, doesn’t mean we are shaming ourselves in the present.
It’s really the opposite. It’s loving ourselves today, it’s practicing mindfulness and noticing all the things we are currently grateful for.
It's a daily habit we can add to today to make us feel better now in the present and overtime.
To me being my best self, is a form of taking care of me. Sometimes I easily veer off the path of self-care and have to take a moment to snap back in. Sometimes we get so caught up we think we don’t have enough time, when in reality self care should be our top priority.
Take out your journal, on the top write our daily intention
I am becoming my best self…
I want you to write what are the things you currently do to feel like your best self and what does best self mean to you. Are there areas that you would like to give a little love and care to? Do you have some low vibe emotions or negative thoughts that you’d like to replace with higher vibe more positive ones? Take a moment to allow yourself to dream of your best self.
Now on to today's mediation:
Take a deep breath in and out….
Take a moment to settle in, releasing any tension in your neck, your back, your shoulders, your wrists, ankles, fingers and toes. Relax your forehead, unclench your jaw and take a deep breath in… and out.
I am becoming my best self.
I am allowing myself time to take care of myself.
I am letting go of negative thoughts.
I am letting go of habits that hold me back.
I instead choose to focus on what I am grateful for and replace bad habits with new positive rituals.
Breathe in…. And out.
I am becoming my best self.
I am creating and allowing more time for me. I am grateful for this day.
I can see the path ahead of me. The path where I allow myself to take the time to dream, where I allow myself the time to rest, where I allow myself to find the path of ease, removing pressure & overwhelm and getting through, around, above, the obstacles with ease.
Breathe in and out..
See yourself on that path.. The sun is out, the flowers are around you. You feel the warm sun on your face. You are grateful to be here. You are happier, healthier, more at peace each day. Everything feels a little bit easier, your work, your relationships, your goal setting and being able to achieve them. You are balanced, radiant, happy, healthy and aware th
