Episode Synopsis

Hi everyone this is Cristin Powers and this is episode 2. 
I want to mention that these 1st 21 days are foundational to The Goddess Way. I wrote them with the intention that they be listened to in order of 1-21. So If you’re just tuning in, i suggested starting with #1 and going from there. Each of these 21 episodes will begin with a journal prompt and intention and finish with a guided meditation. 
Grab your journal and jot down what does Goddess mean to me?  How do you see yourself as a Goddess?  I know this may feel super uncomfortable, giving yourself such a powerful word, but it is just a word. If you don’t resonate with it at this time, you can think of Goddess as your higher self or your best self -  the best pieces of you and who you want to be. So take time to day dream, What does Goddess mean to me, look like to me, feel like for me?
Last week we set the intention that we were ready! This week we are stepping in…
Today’s intention is- 
I am changing with ease and joy. 
Change doesn’t have to be hard.  We can create changes throughout our day in very simple ways.  Think of the habits or routines you have on an auto pilot.  Some of the examples I like to use are, do you grab the same coffee mug every morning?  Do you take the same way to and from work?  Think of these little things you do without too much thought, and change it up. 
What are 3 things you can change today?  Write them down and see just how easy implementing change can be.
Tonight come back to your journal and celebrate your successes.  You created 3 changes with ease! 

Meditation:
Take a moment to settle in, relax your neck, your shoulders, releasing any tension in your back, your wrists, ankles, fingers and toes. 
 Close your eyes, release your forehand, unclench your law and take a deep breath in and out. 
I am changing with ease and joy. 
I am ready now to focus on my health, wealth and wellbeing.  I am ready to create goals and work towards them every day. I am letting go of fear and doubt as they are the only things holding me back.  I am finding my own way with ease, following my heart and intuition.  Breath in and out. 
I can see myself making daily changes with ease and joy.  I can visualize myself just one month from now, a little happier, healthier, more at peace.  I’m radiating joy, confidence and feel really good about how I spent the last 21 days to get here. 
I am becoming clear on who I am and who I want to be.  I am letting go of what no longer serves me and stepping into the next best version of me.  Strong, fit, healthy, abundant and free.
