In Episode 4 of the "Get Mental Podcast" - we are joined with Luc Meacham. Luc's story is incredible. Luc played NCAA Div. III football for the storied college of University of Mount Union in Ohio where he won national championships with them as well as being a All - American WR and team captain. After college, and trying out for professional football as if it wasn't hard enough, Luc decided to try out for something even harder. The Navy SEALs. After 6 years being in the teams, he decides to take it upon himself to take it one level higher. Come back to football and make it to the highest level of professional sports.

Luc's story is incredible, but just getting started from a professional athlete stance. If it's even cooler... Luc's wife is an up and coming country artist based out of Nashville. Again, this story is incredible!! As a team at Hearts & Minds, we do a great job at sharing different stories on how we help athletes and in the process we get the unique opportunity to meet absolutely wonderful people in the process.
