Bente joined mTek in 2019 with the mission to break the 3% barrier of insurance penetration through digital transformation. Her innovation has revolutionized customer experience and eliminate the laborious insurance paperwork through an elaborate know your customer framework. She has been instrumental in the ongoing transformation of the insurance through transparent and integrated processes, resulting to over 200,000 Kenyans. Prior to founding mTek, Bente build her reputation as a talented project manager, which saw her start the Extreme Clean Carwash franchise in partnership with Vivo Energy.
