Listen "Episode 124: Sharing Seeds Brings More to the Table Than a Snack"
Episode Synopsis
This episode features the founder of the Michigan Seed Library Network, Bevin Cohen. He travels the state to establish community seed libraries that distribute parcels of seeds so individuals can learn to grow their own produce. Patrons return the seeds from produce they grow to the library. Seed libraries struggle with a low rate of returns and “bad seeds,” but educational programs are attempting to change that.
