In this session I'm solo and I'm sharing all things dealing with racism with Colin Kaepernik, police brutality, black and brown people being treated unequal in a lot of areas of their life. One thing we may miss about talking about when we bring up the social and racial inequalities is the affects it has on our mental health. I share a few tips that can help keep you centered during the face of adversity.
