In this session I have the pleasure of chatting with Markias Littlejohn, LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker) from California whose also a speaker share his insight about mental health within the prison system and how mental health and spirituality can go hand in hand. Mr. Littlejohn is named 1 of the 15 black male therapists you should know with his prolific conversations that will have you become more intentional about your life, which is very fitting as he is called the "intentional" therapist.
