We all want to be happy.... but despite the pursuit of happiness so many of us find ourselves falling short or thinking it's unachievable.

In the Equine Industry, it's hard! Physically, mentally and emotionally and while we are often great at reading what our horses are telling us, but humans???? Well we are great at masking it, sweeping how we feel away and ignoring it! It’s time to stop! It matters, If we are happier, we will run better businesses, our clients will be happier, if we focus on staff happiness our horses will be better looked after! It’s not just a philosophy! The Data backs it up!
