In this episode, we decided to check in with Romi to see where she’s at in her EFF IT moment.  There have been a lot of ups and downs in her journey, but that’s the way growth goes, right?  EFF IT moments can take awhile to go through, but as long as you stay focused, and have the right support and love around you, you will get there!  Taking small steps towards what you want will get you there.  Just remember to be patient!
