Ed Cross "The Restoration Lawyer" and Bill Loveland, Found of Xactware (creators of Xactimate) - square off on stage at the Restoration Industry Association's (RIA) 2019 Fire Summit.
Even though Bill landed what many perceived to be an incendiary blow when he said, "If you have an argument with an adjuster about what they're going to pay, you're not much of an estimator." He also expressed that he and Xactware are committed to working with RIA and restoration contractors to improve the process.
We walk through some of the highlights of this video and the roll out from these ongoing discussions. Loveland spoke with Ed and a room full of restoration contractors to "set the record straight" about what he had heard from the RIA's Advocacy and Government Affairs Committee (AGA).
