Listen "Ep. 16 Doing Good in Your Hood - Panel of Small Business Owners "
Episode Synopsis
The DYOJO Podcast Episode 16 - Doing Good in Your Hood
What are some of the ways local leaders and small businesses are finding ways to identify and meet the needs in their communities?
We discuss inspiring generosity in you team, engaging your team with purpose by contributing to your local community, collaborating with partners (including Gary Vee) to source needed items and leading by example when times are tough.
A great point is made by Rick Dancer, the 6' of separation to keep each other safe is a physical distancing not a social distancing. We still need to be social, kind and interact with each other while maintaining a physical distance of 6' or greater and/or wearing protective gear such as masks. This is a good distinction and helpful to think about as we move into the "new normal" together.
