Cecil is a climate tech start-up that builds software solutions for businesses that have potential impact on climate change mitigation.  While they're still early in development, Cecil raised $2.2 million last year and are growing rapidly.Primarily, Cecil is an online platform that connects project developers, investors and land holders to accelerate the development of carbon and natural capital markets.
