Laura is the previous owner of 15 Glasgow and manager of Dakota Deluxe Glasgow. Laura has recently purchased the iconic Cathedral House in Glasgow which has unfortunately grown a bad reputation for its customer service over the years. 

Laura will be discussing why she feels she can turn Cathedral House's fortunes around and she will provide insights into what she is doing to rebuild its customers' trust.
