I felt defeated and dissapointed. I was wise enough to notice "Hey, this isn't quite right, I have o much, why am I feeling this way?" I got to the bottom of it. If i didn't know what I do I might have beat myself up for decades like some people I have coached or met. I hope for others to learn the self compassion and willingness to ask for help that i have. And I hope my now 4 year and 1 year old kids listen to this, and know that I am always with them, even when I leave my body.
