It's Friday. It's a big world out there. And you have a place in it. Today's focus is big - the planet you live on. Follow this pattern for Friday: John 18:36
Jesus answered, “My kingdom is not of this world. If my kingdom were of this world, my servants would have been fighting, that I might not be delivered over to the Jews. But my kingdom is not from the world.”
Don’t be fooled. No political candidate is perfect. No winner on November 3rd will usher in the Kingdom of God. Only Jesus does that and he’s already at work.
God’s ways are not our ways. We might be looking at it forwards, not backwards. The cross is backwards. Life by death. Victory by sacrifice. Exaltation by humiliation.
