After going through a tough break-up, leaving her job, and feeling unemployable, Kaira started her journey of dealing with unresolved trauma & finding her path to freedom. This is when she went through a somatics teaching program and put together her first program utilizing the somatic experiences & rewiring the subconscious mind around blockages that people face.
