She began her career as a banker and worked in treasury and capital markets for the first nine years of her career as a prestigious and stylish award-winning businesswoman from the Kingdom of Bahrain. Deena has a bachelor's degree in commerce from Concordia University in Canada and an MBA from the University of Glam organ in the United Kingdom. She discovered that entrepreneurship was her true calling and quit her job in finance to launch multiple enterprises, run the family business, and manage family investments.
The trade of lighting fittings is one of her family's industries. Deena developed a passion for lighting design after joining that company and started a section that provides lighting design services. She also oversees the real estate and trading businesses run by her family. Through professional leadership networks, she has also coached other business owners (EO Accelerator, YPO).
The Bahraini Female Entrepreneur Honour Seal has been presented to her by Her Royal Highness Princess Sabeeka bint Ibrahim Al Khalifa.
She is none other than Deena Ansari, who successfully ran her family business and expanded her enterprises (BeautyCo, Mobile Spa, Spalinea, and JOOD) throughout the Middle East (Al-Ansari Lighting Co)
