Muna Easa Al Gurg is currently the vice chairperson and managing director of Retail at Easa Saleh Al Gurg Group., a multidivisional conglomerate with 23 companies.   
She ranked amongst the 50 most influential Arab women in the Middle East by Arabian Business magazine in 2021.  Since 2008, Muna has been Chairwoman of the business network Young Arab Leaders UAE, where she promotes entrepreneurship, education, and youth development. 
She has been advocating a greater role for women in business. In 2015 she launched the Muna Al Gurg Scholarship at London Business School, supporting female students studying in the school’s MBA and Executive MBA programs.  
Muna is on the board of several non-profit organizations, such as the Emirates Foundation for Youth Development where she works closely with its Chairman, Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan.  
A compassionate visionary is how she described her father and that's what the family and teamwork uphold in various areas of their businesses and life internally and externally.
