Episode 013: On today's episode, I'm discussing the importance of a self-coaching practice and why every woman needs one! We all have an inner judge or inner critic that's purpose is to keep us in line. But to live from a place of freedom instead of fear, we need to develop the voice of our inner coach which is loving and supportive. My primary goal when working with a client is to remind her of the wisdom and knowledge that she has access to within herself. THIS is the true gift of coaching. 1:1 coaching is a powerful way to guide clients into accessing this truth, but self-coaching is the process that allows a woman to continue to develop self-trust over time--outside of the 1:1 coaching container. I teach my clients a very specific framework that combines mindset and embodiment work.
