Recently, the City has proposed an amendment to the Comprehensive Plan to create anew land used category relating to a concept called Mobility Oriented Development (MOD). Along with this new land use category, a compatible zoning district would be created and inserted into the city's zoning code that would outline how this new land use category can be used. In studio this week is Amy Skinner, the City's Planning and Building Director, to explain in detail what all this means.
