Strategy Statements are simple one line, one sentence, expressions that simply and effectively communicate vision and purpose.  Learning to create and use such statements in an essential skill that every church leader should master.Today's statement will help every church to keep "service to others" at the forefront of the ministry. In ministry, as in any other organization, we often step in to efficiency mode way to quickly. Some churches can streamline themselves right out of business.  Taking time to remember we are called to hard work and serve other is not an easy task. The strategy statement "Easy for Them and Hard for Us" is both a reminder of our servant Lord's attitude and an imperative call-to-action to our volunteers in our local church.
