To parents, nothing is more important than the safety and security of their children. Parental expectations of good security has changed over the years. What worked two decades ago does not work anymore. If there's any place where churches need to adapt and change it is the in the area of providing a safe and secure environment for the children that are involved in their programs.This podcast will give you three distinct areas that you can work on. Several of these can be implemented by next week. Overall, our churches need to have a better mindset in this area.  Church leaders need to meet and from a plan to improve. Parents will not return to programs that are understaffed and do not give an appearance of being safe.
