We always hear stories about how MEN mistreat WOMEN through abuse, manipulation and violence. These are all real problems and should never be tolerated.
But with all this attention being paid to Male abusers, there seems to be a double standard. Mistreating loved ones should never be okay, regardless of who is doing it.
Here are 8 ways Women can mistreat the men in their lives through many of the same tactics we so easily condemn when we see men do them.
- Using men for free drinks/food/gifts
- Using men as "placeholders"
- Emotional manipulation
- Physical violence
- Public criticizing
- Withholding Affection
- Don't disclose relationship status
- "testing" them to gauge their devotion

This of course is not a comprehensive list, but just a few things that seem to be most common. Every relationship is different, and working out these problems with a trained professional is highly recommended.
