10:14pm – The first Tuesday of the month in the 2nd hour brings a regular visit from one of the most popular YouTube cooking show hosts, Sam The Cooking Guy. Tonight Sam and I will talk about a few of his latest recipes, how he plans out his cooks for the week, how far in advance they work and if he’s ever thought about doing a “crowd funded” product! We might also have a fresh version of “What Does Sam Like Best”!
10:35pm – Closing the show tonight is a kid who has come on as one of the rising stars associated with the show in 2022. His name is Damian Rodriguez from Doodles And Things and he is the talent and creative force behind the most recent run of BBQ Central Show animations. We will talk about his culinary experience, what life is like in high school these days, how he got into animation and what his process is like putting it together from initial draft to finished product. At 17 years old, he is one of the youngest guests I’ve ever had on the show and he is certainly one of the most talented!
