Author of "The Front Runner", Brendan O’Meara, joins the program to discuss his book about the legend Steve Prefontaine. O'Meara talks about the book and tells some great stories about Prefontaine and how he developed as he got to Oregon, and what the hard work looked like. O'Meara talks about how Prefontaine worked hard and didn't hit his peak until his sophomore year. O'Meara talks about how Prefontaine was ahead of his time when it came to brand building and using the media to build himself. The book will be released on May 20th.
