Unfortunately, there are a lot of mediocre and dare I say bad coaches out there in the world. Especially now as personal development has become more common, it is more commonplace and even trendy. Which is great for the conscious awareness, and this awakening period that we are all a part of. However, what I have seen is many people who have good intentions to help people are missing the ability to truly hold space for other people. To really be integrity with the work they are doing, and the only way to really accomplish that is by doing the work first yourself.
