Welcome back to another aligned episode my friends!
Self-love and self-trust have been re-occurring repeatedly in my life lately which led me to hold space in meditation for myself more and more. So, today I want to lead you through this short guided meditation on self-love, self-trust so that you can use this tool throughout your days as well. I really want to encourage you to get into this practice of checking in with yourself in the morning, in the evening, and throughout your day. It doesn’t mean you have to sit in your perfect meditation space, or even be a meditation if you don’t want it to be. This meditation can be a moment you set aside to tune into source and remember who you really are and that is what I want to take you through today, just a short guided meditation on self-love to help you remember who you are.
Before diving in I encourage you to silence your phone and do your best to be in a space where you will be undisturbed.
