Five years ago, David found himself at the lowest point of his adult life as he struggled with persistent concussion symptoms. Emotionally, mentally, and physically, he was reduced to a shell of himself. Yet, looking back now, it was the beginning of his transformative personal journey towards greater health and wellness.
