Liliana Llamas, filmmaker, artist and justice advocate (and one of my closest friends) speaks on her experience growing up with immigrant parents in America and how that affected her identity growing up. She also speaks about her experience with debilitating anxiety and the stigma that comes with seeking out therapy and medication. She was the first person who inspired me to start speaking up about my anxiety.
