A couple of weeks ago we were reading in Proverbs 5 and I was sharing with you that in Proverbs 5-7 Solomon is instructing his son on the topic of “sex” and specifically dealing with temptation and adultery. I had titled the message, “why sex sins are worse than other sins” and invited you to read Proverbs chapters 5-7 and 1 Corinthians 6. This morning I wanted to pick up the message in 1 Corinthians 6. But before we go there let me have your attention… So as to not lose or confuse you with the title of this message let me first begin by saying, “Sex sins are worse than other sins because sex sins do more damage than other sins.” “Sex sins are not harder for God to forgive than any other sin.”
