Late nights, early mornings, interrupted vacations, and time away from my family finally led him to get some support - he joined a small business network and signed up for some business coaching. Those two steps were a flection point in his business and life, leading him and his partner to grow their business with multiple clinics into a business that was super-profitable had amazing culture, and was highly valuable, eventually selling them for 3-4x the market average in 2018.
