This allows him to make calculated decisions on how to structure and adjust things like caloric intake, macronutrient breakdown, and progressive training to build muscle and lose fat without the need for restrictive diets or extreme workout programs.
John aims to show those with seemingly unattainable goals that they too, can control the way they look, feel, and function. John wants everyone to understand and be able to apply the fundamental principles that contribute to real and sustainable results. He teaches, "Once you are aware of the variables that you can control - you realize you've had the power all along. And that's an empowering feeling that everyone deserves to experience."
