Captain Rhone has been an officer with the Hampton Police Division since June 2002. She has over twenty years of critical problem solving, strategic planning, decision making, and leading others in the law enforcement industry. Specific expertise in training and education, leadership development and human resource functions. Documented record of success solving workplace effectiveness problems through the development of systems, policies, and cultivating relationships., Records, Personnel & Recruiting, and the Training Academy where she was the Director. Most recently, she is the Deputy Branch Commander for Police Operations. Capt. Rhone serves as the Commander of the Crisis Negotiations team and is a member of the Critical Incident Stress Management team where she is a peer supporter.
