Hello everybody, in this podcast we'll be talking about labradorite, Labradorite is a very interesting mineral, because for one thing, I was discovered in the last couple centuries, and for another thing, it has a unique feature that is called labradorescence. I talk a lot about labradorescence in the podcast if you want to hear more, but a quick run-down is that labradorescence is a quality in which the mineral has certain areas of the gemstone that light up at certain angles, or flash.
