After a banking career in New York City, she moved to Chicago, where her 2 sons were born. 18 years ago, her life took a sudden turn when she was diagnosed with cancer, from which she healed completely without the intervention of allopathic medicine. In the process, Sunshine found Spiritism, the culmination of a lifetime of studying and practicing several religions and spiritual paths. She's a Certified Shiatsu, Body Talk and Kundalini Yoga therapist and practitioner; a founding member of Bezerra Spiritual Healing Center in Penryn, CA; founder of Divine Light Spiritist Group in Nevada City, CA. Northern California has been her home for the past 21 years.
