He found music was his escape at 15 when he picked up a guitar. That just led to the 80's music scene where drugs and alcohol were very prevalent. While in addiction, Rodney ends up getting arrested and going to prison. While in prison, he was drawn into the prison yard music room where some other guys were "jamming" who happened to be believers in Jesus Christ. It is amazing how Rodney is now a business owner, married with family, serving in a ministry, traveling with a christian "heavy metal band", and singing in church on Sundays alongside his wife, and doing so much more....
