So often when we think of communicating, we predominantly think of speaking. But, the reality is, so much of communication is listening. We can communicate a lot without even saying a word. I’ve heard it said this way, “Answering before listening is both stupid and rude”. Well, yes, that’s pretty harsh, but it has merit.
