It's countdown to the pageant girl weekender in which I will be handing my UK's National Ms crown after an amazing year of being a queen. Self reflection is so important and I believe this is one of the tools that helped me win, I talk about how I planned my finalist and queen year, as well as the mental and physical prep before and after.
