The lessons of the 4 energy centre around being organised, structured, to persevere and overcome and to create your own secure foundation. You are here to teach while also being a student, to achieve stability and security by patiently following a gradual process towards the achievement and transcendence of your 7 life path.
The lessons of the 3 energy are to learn to utilise your emotional sensitivity to bring positive self-expression to the world. You need to confront issues of blocked, distorted expression, as well as emotional over sensitivity to help you achieve your 7 life path.
